@woozle i also forgot that I have no way to properly test the throughput. So yes, speed test only to give me a ball park number.

@terziyski The cable I am using for LAN was supplied with my providers' router, a Sagemcom unit and is a CAT5E. I replaced it with AX72. The one that came with the AX72 is also a CAT5E, on WAN port....

I don't have cat 6 but I quickly cut my cat5E to a foot long and crimped a new RJ45 connector - no joy. I will find a cat 6 cable. I have the cat6 connectors but no cable yet. Wish me luck.
