@Kurt80 I wouldn't rush to do this update. Since updating from 1.2.3 to 1.3.1 my C510W no longer tracks movement and stays in one position. 🤷🏻♂️ AJ

@Portlanders I have just installed a C510W and used a 11.5mm drill to get the power plug through the soffit board. If the RJ45 needs 16mm that should be enough as I am thinking the ethernet cable...

My C510W auto updated to the lastest firmware from 1.2.3. Since then it has stopped tracking movements, merely staying in the same position. It records on movement detection but the camera does not...

@RKGtm Have you created a login and password on your camera and opened up port 554 on your router? I am using a C510W outside my LAN without problem. AJ
