Wifi in the house using the old router, speedtest shows 360Mb download. Garage shows 600Mb. Internet is working, Deco's are not. Customer support just points here.

Have gone out with a 2nd Deco, different power supply, different cable & got the same result again.

@Alexandre. Thanks for the quick reply. Wasn't expecting that. I reset the deco & connected directly to the modem in the garage as you suggested, went through the setup and the result was the same....
