@Solla-topee I have already updated the firmware and I still get the problem. I just don't enable the alarm feature because it is a hassle to reset the device again.

I have the same problem with tapo c520ws. I think the smart mode will stop working properly when I enable the alarm feature. When I reset the camera it will work properly again.

I'm experiencing the same.
