@Komalme UPDATE: TP-Link support sent me some work around via email after creating support ticket. One of the solution worked like charm. I changed my DNS to 8.8.8.8 and voila, everything is working...

@ImtiazAli It can't be prime video app issue. it works great on other router network. there is no option to clear cache etc. on webOS tv for the app. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling.
