Prime Video App network issue on Deco M4
My webOS LG C8 tv is with latest firmware and latest version prime video app.
Prime video app throws error ‘Network issue’ when connected to Deco M4 wifi network. All other streaming apps work perfectly alright.
When i change my router, app works good.
App also works on lan connection.
this is weird. Don't know what is the issue but there is something broken with Deco M4
I am in India.
I tried switching to 5Ghz only but still no solution.
Software version is 1.5.1 build 20210512 Rel 39021
there is no update available as of now.
UPDATE: TP-Link support sent me some work around via email after creating support ticket. One of the solution worked like charm. I changed my DNS to 8.8.8.8 and voila, everything is working great including Amazon Prime video app.
Earlier my Apple TV app on my LG TV used to take some time to show the content and used to spin before actually playing videos. After changing DNS, it’s also loading super fast and without any delay or spinning.

@Komalme That's a Prime Video issue.
Clear the cache of the app & check for updates
Also, do a speedtest before going to the app..

It can't be prime video app issue. it works great on other router network. there is no option to clear cache etc. on webOS tv for the app. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

@Komalme What's the internet speed that you're getting on the Deco M4?
Also, does the TV connect to the 5ghz network?

Thank you very much for the update.
I would like to forward your case to the engineers and please check whether you could get an email from me.
By the way, I see you mentioned before that the LAN connection to Deco, Amazon Prime video APP works fine on the TV, right?
If 5ghz did not work, would 2.4ghz fail to work either?
Have you tried to install Prime APP on your smartphone to see whether it had the same issue with TV?
Best regards.

Yes, Prime Video app works well on LAN wired connection to TV.
Tried 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz in individual modes (both, one by one) but app doesn't work in either mode.
Prime app works well on my phone (iPhone) on the Deco network.
