AV500 kit - Packet loss
Model :
Hardware Version :
Firmware Version :
ISP :
I recently purchased the powerline kit AV500 (TL-WPA4530 KIT) in UAE, I have connected TL-WPA4530 & TL-PA4020P to the wall socket in the same room and I am still noticing 1-2% packet loss. I have tested by using a wired connection and pinging the WPA4530.
I upgraded the firmware on TL-WPA4530 to the latest TL-WPA4530(UK)_V1_160426, however on using the tpPLC utility I noticed the TL-WPA4530 keeps disappearing and re-appears with speeds between 275 Mbps to 300 Mbps
I have tried to change the Powerline network name as well but still the same issue. I was looking for the firmware for the powerline adaptor ( NVM and PIB files) but unable to find them. Can you provide the url for the firmware?
If anyone has any suggestion or guidance, please let me know.
Thank you!
