hi i called my provider a few times and he did ping test on my router they say they got 1:1 ration of send and received packets but me behind the router i get 0,3-10% packet loss... it really annoying because it disconnect me from games at every few minutes ... i tried different channels on wifi some seem to work better but the same issue is when i connect with cable so i think its router problem... i tried all firmware version none of them solved my problem .. dunno what to do this problem last for 2 months maybe and im really hopeless right now i think i tried everything i could
