WR740N : unable to access admin page

WR740N : unable to access admin page

Unable to access admin page of router. I have checked through both the tplinklogin.net and directly entering the gateway address as 192.168.0.1, on different browsers. It keeps showing page cannot be displayed. Internet works perfectly fine through both wifi and wired. Please assist. Its a WR740N router and ISP's WAN cable is directly connected to the WAN port of router. There is no modem in between.
Port 80 is open, although i cant even connect through telnet. It doesn't prompt for user id and password, says connection failed, there is a 301 message, and it shows redirection towards 192.168.0.1:10, but that too doesn't work.
Please assist.
