EB810v cant change wifi channel

Hi,
I cant seem to change the 5Ghz wifi channel on this router it keeps defaulting to channel 44 and 160MHz channel width. When i attempt to change it to Auto for both settings after refreshing the webgui router configuration webpage it just defaults back to the defaults above. I think its a firmware issue... can someone advice. Thanks

Hi,
I see the EB810v is an Aginet router. In case you have got this router provided by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) as part of your broadband service plan, then it's likely your ISP is controlling the channel settings of the router.
