BE805 MLO issue
Hi! I just bought BE805 to upgrade my network system. Here is my setup: Desktop equipped with Qualcomm 7800 wifi7 adapter ,driver version 3.1.0.1262, connect to BE805. Each one of 2.4/5/6ghz band works fine. But once I switched on the 5ghz+6ghz MLO mode, then it showed there is no internet connection and I can't visit any website. Any advice?

Hello @jaxinoman
I'm glad to hear from you via email and that the internet works well now when connecting the PC (with Qualcomm 7800 wifi7 adapter) to the 5G + 6G MLO network.
However, there are still some speed issues, and I would like to update the status of the reported issue here.
1. The file transfer speed from my server is less than 100MB/S. It should be more than 400MB/S when single 6ghz is activated.
Kevin: Could you please confirm where is the server located? Is it in the BE805's LAN?
2. Even windows configuration shows it was in MLO mode but the info page in router shows it ran at 5ghz only.
Kevin: I agree that there may be a compatibility issue between the MLO network and the Qualcomm 7800 wifi7 adapter that requires further analysis by both TP-Link and Qualcomm. I will escalate this case to our support engineers and hope they can find insights to resolve the issue.

Thank you very much for posting in the community.
For the issue you reported, could you please clarify some details? We will address it as soon as we can.
When the PC (equipped with Qualcomm 7800 wifi7 adapter) is connected to the 5ghz+6ghz MLO Network, does it obtain a valid IP address from the router? You can follow this FAQ to check it.
If the PC is obtaining a valid IP address from the router, please try to do a ping test and show me the results.
Do you have other devices that also support MLO Network, are they connected to the MLO Network fine?

Hi! Thank you for your reply.
I do get IP adress when WLAN works in MLO mode and here is the ping test result. It looks ok but MLO mode doesnt behave well in web surfing or in openspeed test. I dont have other equipment supports MLO to test . But with my old router, Qualcomm 7800 works fine in 5.2ghz+5.8ghz MLO mode.

If that's the case, we recommend submitting a support ticket via email for efficient assistance. Please include your Forum ID, community nickname, and the whole system logs of the BE805 when the PC is connected to the MLO network in the subject line or body of your email. Thank you.
