Model: Archer BE800
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.99 Build 20241126

I am using a BE800 as the main router and a BE550 as a satellite, connected via network cable and set up as EasyMesh.

Currently, however, the TP-Link EasyMesh system does not synchronize the settings for the Guest Network or IoT Network between the main router and the connected satellite nodes. The EasyMesh satellite nodes only synchronize the settings for the main wireless network.

On the German website, it states: "We will address this issue in future updates."

https://www.tp-link.com/de/support/faq/3529/

In this state, the system is unusable for me. Could you please provide information on when this issue will be resolved?

Thank you in advance.

Best regards,

Hi,

The latest comment on this topic was posted just two days ago. It is still not clear when IoT and Guest network on EasyMesh satellites will be implemented.

Hello,

Thank you for the link. Unfortunately, I couldn't find this information in the forum, which is why I opened a new thread. The current information available is not sufficient for me.

It is disappointing that TP-Link has released a product that is incomplete. The product description contains no indication that these features are restricted or absent. This is not only misleading but may also be legally questionable.

These missing features are critical and essential for the intended use. Had I known in advance that these features were missing, I would have chosen not to purchase the product.

I expect clear and transparent communication from TP-Link, particularly a concrete timeline for when these features will be added via a firmware update. As a manufacturer, you are responsible for informing your customers about such limitations.

I hope for a timely and binding response.

Best regards,
