Hello, I have recently bought the Tp link XC220-G3v to replace the genexis platinum router that I have been using for the railwire internet connection. I have configured the PPPoE according to the details ISP provided for internet connection but the internet does not get configured and I am not able to connect to the internet. I have EPON registered. Also when I remove the fiber cable and connect it to the old router internet comes online. but when I connect it to the the tp link router configured with the same internet configurations internet is not configured. I have verified all the credentials 5-7 times and still not getting connection. Please Help!
