I bought an EX511 to add to my existing network. I have 4 EX220s working. I added the EX511 as a mesh agent. The process of adding the new node was successful, and the router appears on the network map. However, the EX511 router has the internet connection light on in orange and does not browse the internet. On the network map of the main EX220, it appears as connected via cable, but the link speed shows as 0Mbps. I have already tried adding the router using the TP-Link scan method and also with WPS, obtaining exactly the same result. I also tried disconnecting the cable link and using Wi-Fi, also with the same result.

Hi

 

It is recommended that you switch the network cable and network port.
Or you could switch the EX511 to access point mode to have a try.
