Hi, randomizing mac and manual reconnect for wi-fi client fixes the problem
not changing IP
changing MAC adress and reconnect to wifi with same IP and everything i fine.
its hidden bug in ax23
but i cant use qos, port forwarding, parental controls and other features.

@YuriyB And absolutely the same problem with C64 fw Archer C64(EU)_V1_1.13.3 Build 240223
Tech support fixed this bug on ax23 firmware update but C64 have the same bug, looks like arp table goes wrong.
lets open new ticket ?
