I know of one special case when that happenes, but I will need you to run the test to see if this is it.

The test:

Power off Living Room Deco. Wait till this is reflected in Deco app, that Living Room Deco is offline. Check how Hallway Deco is now connected, it should be one of the following:

1. Stays on Ethernet;

2. Switched to WiFi;

3. Can't connect at all and also reported as offline.

If this is the special case I think of, the result should be #2 or #3.

I try to change the main deco with another one satellite and reconfigure but still main deco connect as Wifi even after reset and reconfigure. I Can't find a way where I can conect them all by cable.

It is definitely that special case. You should check Ethernet link between switch and Main Deco - it is broken.

I explained it here: https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/655034?replyId=1319560
