Why this extender is not showing 5ghz signals from my mobile hotspot it shows only 2.4 ghz Can you pls help me with this

My device is oneplus 11 and samsung F15

Pls help with this issues

Hi,

Please have a look at the barcode label on the backside of the RE605X and check whether it reads "Model:RE605X(US)" or "Model:RE605X(EU)".

TP-Link devices labelled with "EU" are not able to see channels 149 and above in the 5 GHz band.

However, smartphone hotspots will often broadcast their 5 GHz signal on exactly those channels, which has been causing issues for many users.
