Good day.
Sorry for the delay.
Is your laptop 5ghz compatible?
And on the pictures, I am a little curious that normally when you choose 5ghz wireless band, there are only 3 wireless mode, 11ac only,11an mixed, and 11a/n/ac mixed, no 11n only which is only available for 2.4ghz;
So if you choose 5ghz +11 a/n/ac mixed, then check on the smartphone, are you able to detect the 5ghz Wi-Fi?
By the way, may I know how long have you had the router and when did the issue start?
Thank you!
