I just bought a secondhand AX50 Router, and I plugged it in, and everything was working fine for setup. Note that the internet LED was Green. I needed to factory reset the router because it had a password on it from the previous owner, so I did that, and when I went to set it back up the internet LED turned orange. I have tried turning it off and back on, reinserting the cables, doing another factory reset, everything I could think of.

Does anyone know how to solve this issue? for now I have just plugged back in my old router.
