AC1200 Deco E4 setup problem

During the setup procedure on the app the deco unit cannot be found and yet in my phonsettings the Wi-Fi is connected to the deco unit.

Hi, here are some suggestions for your reference:
1. Confirm the Deco is still blinking blue.
2. Disable VPN service if there is any.
3. Enable "Location" and "Local Network" for the Deco APP on the smartphone if you are using an iPhone.
