So , trying to set up DDNS but at login just get message authentication failed.
What should it do?.
Do I need NOIP-duc on pc for it to work?.

I think you could check whether the current internet IP is a public IP address.
It might be caused by the CGNAT, such as here:https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/stories/detail/1766
