Model: TL-WR841N

Firmware Version: 3.14.4 Build 131129 Rel.39318n

Is there any way I can change my router from having a PPPoE connection to having a Static IP connection?

That depends on your ISP. If your ISP is authenticating you through PPPoE session, then you can't just switch WAN port to Static IP connection.

If you need a static IP address on your WAN port then contact your ISP and ask them if they can provide such one for you.
