Deco X20 Wifi internet went off in a sudden, and unable to recover since than.
Deco App unable to identify.
I have a set of 2 Deco's, tried to switch the second (satellite) router as the main one, and it's working, but the original main one is still out of order.
Tried to RESET, but nothing is working. Nor 1 second, neither the plug off, hold the reset button and plug in again...nothing happens.
When power on, first it's a yellow steady light, and after a while it's changing to red and yellow again.
Tried to plug into a PC, and get firmware reset, but it's only connecting for couple of seconds and network is lot again
Tired to call HUNGARY local helpdesk but it's a SHAME non of the phones are picked up...tried both, landline 06 80 and mobile one...very disappointing technical service at the moment.
Trying this forum to get some support to get both Decos working again.
