Unable to update firmware on Deco X20 V2

Model: Deco X20

Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 1.0.3

I am trying to update the firmware on my Deco X20 V2 (US) and I am currently stuck on 1.0.3 when there is 1.0.9 available on the TP-Link website: Download for Deco X20 | TP-Link Canada

When I use the TP-Link Deco app on iOS, I get the message saying my current firmware is up to date.

I also tried using the web interface to do the firmware update and unable to do so as well after manually downloading the latest firmware.

Is there a problem with my Deco or should I be updating my firmware using a different method? I have also tried rebooting my two Deco units before attempting the firmware update.

Hi, the firmware 1.0.3 Build 20210205 Rel. 35873 is a Canadian customized firmware that enabled band 4 of 5Ghz and could not update to the general firmware(1.0.6 & 1.0.9 &1.1.1).

Later there would be a new firmware available for upgrade and please keep attention to the official websites.
