iPhone Connection to tp-link device

When trying to connect my iPhone to the device my password is requested and when I apply my password it says wrong password although it's the right one.

Did you set up the 850RE via WPS button?
And what is the model number of your home router?
--If it is setup via WPS, please try to reset the extender and set up again via Tether APP or web interface;

@Solla-topee I have the same problem. Says password is wrong but it is correct. I have tried different ways including setting up extender with Tether App. The tp link product is useless. No good whatsoever and there is no way of contacting support services.
