I am following the online information in multiple places which says to configure the Powerline Extender through tplinkplc.net. This isn't working and says that I have run into an issue. I am connected wirelesly to the Powerline Extender as it specifies! (this appears to be a common problem)

I then went to download a utility to configure it that way, but the utility for my Mac operating system does not exist. The Tether app does not support my TP-LINK model.

I spent at least 90 mins on an online chat, which was really unsatisfactory (won't go into that). 

Does anyone have any suggestions? I'd really like both of my Powerline extenders to have the same name and password as my router.
