PC only connecting to modem, not router
Model :
Hardware Version :

Hi there,
I've set up my modem in one room and my router in another, connecting them with an ethernet over power solution in order to have the router more centralised. However my main computer needs to be in the room with the modem in it. I cannot seem to get a wired connection to my router from that computer, even though it's in the ethernet over power loop.
My modem is a TD-W8960N (modem/router but I'm only using it as a modem) which is currently working on a 192.168.1 subnet.
My router is an Archer C9 V3/V4 which is on a 192.168.0 subnet.
I'm guessing it has something to do with how the DHCP is assigning but I'm not really too sure. It's integral that this computer be connected to the router's subnet as it runs a media server which has to be accessed.
If anybody has any thoughts or suggestions that would be great, thank you!
