We have a router and modem in one. We have managed to connect all the P9 hubs with the main one connected using the ethernet wire but our old wifi is still on and working because I can't turn it off. If I unplug the DSL line from the telephone then our Plusnet router won't work (only an orange light, not blue, comes on). Do we need to do something different or is it ok to have them both running? Will it compromise the Deco connection? It's there a way to stop the old connection?

@Brigstowe1

Normally, the Wi-Fi modem router has a feature to disable the Wi-Fi band, you can contact your modem support to double confirm if your modem router is able to do that.

When they are two Wi-Fi networks, they may interfere with each other. For example, if the old router and the Deco using the same Wi-Fi channel, it may cause slow speed problem.

However, if you are unable to turn off the Wi-Fi on your old router and the current settings are working properly, you can keep the settings.
