Sudden decrease in connection strength

I found that there is a sudden decrease in signal strength of my wifi router. I am not getting full connection bars even in the room next to the room where wifi router is kept.I suspect that only 1 antenna of the router is working. Is there anyway to confirm whether both the antennas are working or not. Thanks in advance.
P.S. Earlier i use to get full signal.
