Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.0.2 Build 20180118 rel.38979 (EU)

my wifi 5ghz strength was suddenly dropped. i couldnt even connect at all. only one bar is showing now, if i try to connect it shows poor strength.

 

my 2ghz strngth is fine but the speed of the internet is completely low.

 

how to fix the problem with 5ghz signal drop? plz help

Hello,

 

If the 5G wireless connection is no longer working, please login to the web UI of the C1200 to change the SSID and wireless channel:

https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2292/

 

Try to reset the C1200 to factory defaults and reconfigure it from scratch then monitor again.
