Archer C8 v.1 drops connection even signal indicator shows full range.
Model : TP-Link Archer C8
Hardware Version : v.1
Firmware Version : 3.17.0 Build 20150515 Rel.34700n
ISP :
In brief: replaced TP-Link WDR 4300 with Archer C8, the same config and environment, with 4300 there were no problems at all.
TP-Link Archer C8 v.1 with latest firmware, acts as an access point, no dhcp or other services started on it. All clients are Apple devices. The problem is that Macbooks connected to 5GHz SSID dropped their connections, when this happened signal is in full range (laptop is located 2-3m from the router) TX Rate shows quite low values like 14 Mbps. No other 5GHz access points/routers around. After re-connect to the wifi network - connections is established and works fine again. This happens randomly in time interval between some minutes to several hours.
Please advice :)
