Hardware Version : Not Clear

Firmware Version :

ISP :

router can not access to the internet, 2. and 3. light diod dont want to shine, only second diod sometimes flash.After upgrade firmware(V5) still the same problem. Diagnostic test page show :
testing adsl synchonization FAIL. other SKIPPED. Except this main dsl trouble router works.

TD-W8951NB is brand new or it was working with your line?
It is a synchonization issue between the modem and your ISP line. If the line works with another router, it should be a problem with W8951NB.
If it is brand new, try to change ADSL mode to ADSL or G.DMT.
If it won't help or it was working, is it still under warranty? Try to get a replacement.

yes it was working with line, with other router is not problem with dsl.Dsl tried synchronization but status is down.it is not my router.I will recommend use a router only as switch or wifi access.(is out of warranty).Thank for your help.
