Where did you find out the speed? Any screenshots? How did you secure the Wi-Fi network? Is it WPA2-PSK, AES? Did you try different channels or test by other wireless clients?

Here is photo of my connection. My other pc has 72.2 mbps, before new firmware i had on both 150mbps
Security is set to WPA2-PSK, AES, the same as before.
I did test now also 20hz only and channels 1,6 and 11.
With no change, and now i cant go back to the older firmware because of some new security...
Thanks for any advices.
edit: i set modem wifi settings to 802.11n only, used channel 11 with 20hz and i had 150mbps like for 30sec and now its again on 72...

You should use 20/40MHz instead of 20MHz...
What kinds of wireless card in your laptop? Go to Properties---Advanced and uncheck “use default value” to try.

I have Intel wifi link 5100 agn, in both of my computers. And in win7 there is set auto and it does not use default value.
The weird thing is, i had on both of them 150mbps before upgrading to the latest software and now i have on one of them 72.0 and on the second 72.2mpbs (with same settings as before, just updated to the latest firmware...and its not possible to go back to the older firmware)
my settings
Could be that firmware bugged or have some malfunction?

How about your internet speed? It should won't affect it anyway. You may expect that TP-LINK release a newer firmware which supports 40MHz only to avoid such issues.
