I have a problem configuring my Deco E4. I have a house with two floors, and I want to have one Deco on each floor. Between the floors there is LAN cable, which I want to use for connecting the Decos for more stability.

I connected the main DECO to cable modem, and set it with application wizard. After that i connected the second DECO but via WiFi, as described in the instructions. Finally, I placed second DECO device on the second floor and connected the LAN cable that runs between two deco devices, but it still acts as WiFi repeater, not taking the data from LAN.

In the app, I still see green WiFi icon between two devices, saying that the intensity of signal is medium. I tried switching from router to AP mode, but no success.

What else should I do? I tried rebooting devices together, separately, I checked the cable as well, tried switching ports, but with no success.
