Region : Chile

Model : TL-MR3040

Hardware Version : V2

Firmware Version : 3.17.1 Build 131121 Rel.62425n

ISP : Movistar

I want to know if anyone can use the E3276 Rotator, I can't, is not a problem with the ISP, the modem doesn't work with this router only, the modem box says Version 2.3 and hardware v2.0, I have a ZTE 3G and run very good with router but I want to use it with 4G. I read about OpenWRT or Smart ROOter but I don't want brick the router and maybe here or someone knows a official tp-link firmware working.

I think that is problem with USB power performance. You have to connect modem by the active USB hub.
