I succesfully press change owner and sent to my friend, lets say he is Mr X to become a new owner, but the problem now:

 

1. Mr. X still have manager role not owner

2. in screen Mr X show error "Unable to connect to Deco"

3. when i set manager privillage and check all, until long loading, the error show failed.

 

Why Mr. X  cannot become a new owner? and I dont want to reset my main Deco.

Hi I want to update the issue, now the issue is solved, just logout, force closed the apps and login again, now Mr.X now became owner.

Can I have the current firmware version of your Deco X20?

 

Have you tried to remove the Manager's authority of "Mr. X" before changing it to the new owner?

  @David-TP thanks for the reply, my deco in office i will give to you by tomorrow.

 

Actual is too late, im already remove the owner in deco apps.
