I have set up a new deco network, after that i change network owner to my relative, then i can't open the network in my app, the new owner receive the verification email but when he open the app while connect to the network made earlier, there are no pop up message to bind to the network like illustrated in the email. And neither of us can access the Deco. We try to access the Deco ip via web browser, but we cannot login using my tp link account password also with the new owner password. Does anyone have solution beside hard reset on the device?

Hi, Could you please leave me a private message about the MAC address of the main Deco X20?

And is the LED light on the Deco X20 still solid green?
