Changed the owner and followed the instructions but after selecting 'lets begin' there is no pop up to Bind the new owner.

Could you share the MAC address of your main Deco via the "Message"?

Could you still see your old TP-Link account on the Deco app?

  @Marvin_S I can't see the old account any longer just the new one I created.  The MAC address is 3C-52-A1-1B-5A-90
