Hi all the question I have is can another Deco X50 triple unit be setup on the app that already has a setup on it , this is for a different home, thanks in advance

Yes.
Simply tap on the + sign top right of your mobile device and choose "Create Network". This creates a new network.
When you've set up the new network, you get a little drop down list at the top of the screen; "Change Network" tapping it lists both/all yor networks.
