TL-MR6400 router does not connect to the internet

Model: TL-MR6400

Hardware Version: V3

Firmware Version: 1.12.0 0.9.1

Problem:

1. Does not get IP and DNS for IPv4. No internet.

2. Get IP and DNS for IPv6 but get internet connection randomly.

3. Band change option is not found. Band changes randomly.

4. Upgraded the firmware from 1.6.0 0.9.1 to 1.12.0 0.9.1 but problem exists.
