Model: Archer C6
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: latest

So I have BSNL FTTH.   So far I have been using combo device Syrotech WDONT1110 for both wifi and LAN.     Now I came to know about bridge mode and bought TPlink archer c6 router.   Configured bridge mode and able to access internet.

But I cant able to access my ont web gui unless I connect it physically via cable or wifi of its own

I have tried two scenarios:

Scenario 1:

ont ip  192.168.1.1  dhcp disabled.

tplink ip 192.168.1.2   dhcp enabled range    192.168.1.100 to 192.168.1.200

scenario 2:

ont ip 192.168.0.2  dhcp disabled/

tplink ip   192..168.0.1   dhcp enabled   range 192.168.0.100 to 192.168.0.200

in both cases I couldnt access the ont web gui but i can access internet and all devices connecting to 192.168.1.x  tplink router dhcp works.

Anyway to access the ont gui in the same network.  give detail step including subnet mask values

tried adding static route in   tplink router.   getting below error .

The IP address and the LAN IP address cannot be in the same subnet.
Please enter another one

For this setup you should ask your question in BSNL community.

The error message:

" The IP address and the LAN IP address cannot be in the same subnet. Please enter another one"

is pretty much normal because the static route should point to a different subnet, not the router LAN subnet - details.

If you can't figure this out, there's another option to avoid double NAT in your network - leave the Syrotech WDONT1110 in router mode and set the Archer C6 in AP mode (Case 1).
