Hardware Version:

Firmware Version: 1.6.0 Build 20220525 Rel. 48298

App logs in no problem. LAN IP gets me the web log-in page. Enter the same password as in the app, login greys out for a minute and nothing else happens. Tried multiple browsers from computer and phone. Can't get to the hardware version or do a manual firmware update.

Hi, did it say incorrect password or something on the web UI or Did it just gray out?

Have you tried to log into the web UI of the satellite Deco , not the main M5 this time to see whether it would be the same?

(The IP address of the satellite M5 could be found on the Deco APP as well).

And It is also highly appreciated if you could save a short video clip about it.

@nottooloud This morning it works. There was a scheduled reboot last night, might have fixed it. Thanks for the prompt reply.
