Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: (AXE300)1.0.11 Build 20241115 rel.76431 --- (BE230)1.1.2 Build 20241125 rel.12918(5347)

Hi any support or TP-link staff can give a check on these 2 models which I'm using which block me from doing update/download on Google play store and youtube video not working..

On my new bought google-tv and android phones were effected on this problem.

Using my phone 5G hotspot to my TV and on phone itself, everything work fine.

-- On latest or back default firmware didn't solve

-- Set DNS to google instead of my ISP didn't solve

-- No parental setting,no blacklist/whitelist on the routers

Is there any more solution I can look out for?

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

May I know your exact network topology?  How are the two routers connected to each other and what mode they working as?

Which router and which wireless band do your Google TV and Android phones connect to?

Do you have any other client devices? Can they access internet from the network of both routers properly?

Please try the steps below to exclude possible causes:

1. If you have Google Home/Chromecast devices, please disconnect them and reboot both routers for a try.

2. Disable VPN settings/IPTV/QoS and check Homeshield again.

3.Clear Cache on your client devices.

4.Disable IPv6 for a try.

5.Connect your Google TV and Android phones to the guest network of both routers for a try.

Best regards.
