Getting sw3GMobileCmdReq 319 mobileFormatCmd error on TPlink 3420 for RIL AC2736

Problem:
1.I bought this modem considering good customer services mentioned in flipkart.com, but now i feel that they are fake reviews. here what experienced.
I tried calling TP Link customer call on 18002094168, the number always rings & then disconnected.
[*]I have also sent an email to support but they even did not acknowledged & replied to my mail.

2. My Data card is listed in supported (reliance netconnect+ ZTE AC 2736) but shown as Identified but signal strength always shows 0%.
3. got this error sw3GMobileCmdReq 319 mobileFormatCmd error. & then it shows disconnected & then identified again & disconnected, this cycle goes on.
Please let me know if any 1 is using TP-Link 3420 & reliance netconnect+ ZTE AC 2736 data card, which firmware version is supported for TPLink 3420 model, thank you in advanced, waiting for experts to suggest solution.
