Connection really slow: sw3GMobileCmdReq 449 mobileFormatCmd error

Using HUAWEI E353 I can get the TL-MR3020 to connect to the Internet after 5-10 minutes, but it fails many times, and there is errors in the log. I would like to know why its working so slow, and how to make it connect a little faster.
