BE800 not advertising WiFi 6E (802.11ax)

Pretty simple problem description really
1. If I keep my 6Ghz band to “802.11ax/be mixed”, my WiFi 7 devices can detect and connect to the SSID but my WiFi 6E devices cannot see it.
2. If I keep my 6Ghz band to “802.11ax only”, neither my WiFi 7 devices nor my WiFi 6E devices can see the SSID
It’s as if WiFi 6E (802.11ax) does not exist. I tried factory reset and setting up from scratch.
Is it likely a hardware issue? I mean the same 6Ghz radio is able to do WiFi 7 without issues.
If it is, I am likely screwed because the TP-Link service center in my city is crowded as hell and no one speaks English there.

@slyronit The problem turned out to be on my Apple Devices. For some reason, when they detect my location, they disable scanning the 6Ghz band. If I disable location access for network services, I can connect.
There was no problem on the router.

Hi@slyronit,
Is it true that every time you turn on the location function on your phone, you cannot scan the 6Ghz SSID? What are the specific WiFi 7 and WiFi 6E devices that cannot detect 6Ghz?
Here are some suggestions may help you:
1. Make sure your client device supports 6GHz Wi-Fi, drivers and system are all up to date.
2. Make sure you are using the Router and the client device in a country that allows Wi-Fi 6E/7 operation, if your Router and client device are not purchased from the same country, Wi-Fi 6E operation might not be available.

@Joseph-TP that is correct. Not only phone, all 6Ghz capable apple devices. I have submitted feedback to apple via their feedback app.
Strangely, this only affects 802.11ax, not 802.11be.
6Ghz band is licensed in Thailand, probably apple devices do not have regulatory approval.

Hi@slyronit,
Sorry for the late reply, it is recommended that you can try the New Firmware Added for Archer BE800:Archer BE800 New Firmware Added Support for EasyMesh in AP Mode, DoH&DoT, and 3-Band MLO Connection

@Joseph-TP thanks, but the problem seems to be on the apple deviced. They are blocking WiFi6E in Thailand if location services are turned on for the wireless.
