From AP mode to Router mode
For years my deco worked in Access Mode.
I'm trying to change it to router mode and get rid of my old router.
1. I disconnected the router and turned it off.
2. I plugged the modem cable to the Deco.
3. Changed the deco to Router mode and reset.
4. It came up, internet is connected, wifi is working. Great.
However:
1. The app shows no new configurations after changing to Router mode. I expected to see stuff like Reserved Addresses. I forced close it, cleared its cache.
2. I can't turn on Smart DHCP. It looks like it turns on but after few seconds the switch turns off.
3. Even the web UI doesn't give me the new options.
I haven't tried factory reset to the deco and I don't really want to.I'm now back to AP mode because I need to be able to change DHCP range and assign static IPs to some devices.
Am I missing anything?
