I purchased the deco s7  and can't get the pair to connect ,  on the phone the broadbands there but on the app it's not , I've spent 3 hours trying to get it sorted to no joy , I've just boxed them up to send them back , just wondering if there are any more things to try , I've moved all the ports about and the wi fi is correct

Do you mean you can't add Deco S7 through Deco APP? Would there be any error message on the Deco APP?

I noticed you mentioned, "can't get the pair to connect ". How do you want to "pair" the Deco S7? Did you plan to pair Deco S7 with any Archer routers?
