Connecting to wifi

We have a AC1750 mesh wifi extender. We've installed it successfully. But when we try to connect to the wifi network (the same as our router with _EXT added) using the router password, we are unable to connect

Here's a video guide on how to install your RE.
If something goes wrong you can reset the RE to its factory defaults and re-configure:
Press the reset button for 10 seconds to reset the RE.
If this was helpful click on the arrow pointing upward to make it blue.
