My Deco X50 modem doesn't do Port Forwarding. I get internet from Distributel Canada, they use Bell infrastructure. Distributel made the Port Forwarding feature Enable. I activated the DDNS feature, set the Domain and fixed the IP in IP changes. as a result, I simply cannot forward port 22. I have tried many times with no result. please help. thank you.

Which settings in the Deco app on my cell phone should I change?

Hi, welcome to the community.

It is suggested to check the IPV4 address on the Deco APP>More>Internet.

Double NAT

In order to open the ports, you might need to have a public IP address here otherwise, out of Deco, there is one more firewall that you might need to get through in order to get the port enabled.
